Cancellation requests submitted after this time frame may not be guaranteed, as orders are processed promptly to ensure timely handling and delivery.

Refund Processing for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed after the order is reviewed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It and Get a Full Refund?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

I Entered an Incorrect Shipping Address. Can I Cancel the Order?

Order cancellations or address changes are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it, but we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please contact us so we can guide you on the next steps once delivery is attempted.
